I want an individual affiliate publisher for my site on CPA basis, so where can I find one?

I have an e-commerce site, and i’m looking for an affiliate publisher to help me with conversions.
Is there any site or directory where I can deal with them?

As a publisher, I have very positive exerience with Linkshare. Other big ones are CJ and Clickbank.
