Basically I want to start website where people can socialize and find people they have things in common with but I’m not sure where to get software to help. my site needs to be able to do the following:

-The ability for people to become members and fill out a profile including ticking boxes which say their specific interests and personality type and upload photos and maybe video

-My members need to be able to search specific criteria to find people who have ticked the same interests and/or personality that they are looking for

-My members need to be able to send and receive messages

Also this is going to be a free site so I can’t join any affiliate site as I don’t intend to make any money not to mention most affiliate sites have main things like what you put in a profiles that you can’t change but I’m trying to make something different so I need software than can help me make it from the basics.

We had to make a website for A level ICT and we used microsoft frontpage so you could maybe try it?

As a publisher, I have very positive exerience with Linkshare. Other big ones are CJ and Clickbank.

I’m interesting in gettnig into affiliate marketing and need some initial help in putting together the website. I currently have a webiste and was wondering if it would be possible to do it, using my current site although it is not dealing with affiliate marketing. I heard someting about shared sites. Just not sure where to start with the website. any info will be greatly appreciated.

Check out warrior forum for information overload. There’s a ton of info. What types of products will you be marketing or do you need to do some niche research ?

Having the website is the easy part. Driving traffic to it is the key.

Edit: Another fantastic source is the "30 Day Challenge." It’s a free affilate marketing 30 day course that covers just about everything. The goal is to turn a profit within 30 days. I think it’s done once a year, but they might have the 2010 challenge achived so you can watch each lesson and go through the course yourself.

I am searching for affiliates that will email their database with my ad in return for me emailing their ad to my database and a % of sales profits. However, I have not been able to find anyone willing to do this. How do I get people interested in this method of advertising?

To join an affiliate program search on the search engines about the topic you like. I am sure that there exist an affiliate program.

I once found a travel agency that was the lowest priced I have ever seen. They get their tickets through "sky tickets" system and you are able to fly to anywhere .. from anywhere.

They are called ‘consolidators’. They are travel agencies that have contracts with the airlines to sell seats at a discounted price. Be sure of the name as there are several with names like Skyways, Sky Links, Sky Tickets, etc. They probably have an 800 number, so call information for it.
