if asked:why did you leave your company wherein you have a lot of room for career growth and vast opportunity?

i used to worked in a MNC company, a very large company and was promoted in a supervisory position after 4 years. the company has lots of affiliates in different countries around the world and has a lot of possible career growth as they say. however i still choose to leave the company and try to look for other job in another country wherein i do not have relatives (so i cannot reasoon out relocation during the interview). the main reason has something to do with salary of course. but how would you tell it during your job interview in such a way that would make a positive impression?
